Stony Brook Football Schedule 2024: Times, Dates

Stony Brook football starts fresh in 2024, with a new coaching staff hoping to revamp the team from the ground up. Here is the Seawolves' full schedule.

Stony Brook football stumbled out of the gate last season and never truly recovered. In spite of some thrilling games, like the one-point loss to Richmond, the Seawolves ranked last in the conference in both offense and defense. Stony Brook did not win a game in 2023.

The rectify the situation, Stony Brook brought in an entirely new coaching staff, led by new head coach Billy Cosh. Cosh brings a high-powered offense that he honed at Western Michigan and Richmond. 

The team also brought in new offensive and defensive coordinators, and new position coaches. The new staff will be tested early and often, playing FBS school Marshall in their first game of the season before delving into the unforgiving CAA conference slate, including games against Villanova, Wiliam & Mary and rivals UAlbany.

The FCS playoffs begin on November 30, 2024.
