Grand Valley State Football will play Wisconsin-La Crosse in a showdown of one of the best Division II teams in the history of NCAA football and one of the best Division III teams in NCAA history. 

The No. 3-ranked Lakers host the No. 5 Division III team at 7 p.m. ET in an intriguing cross-divisional matchup where GVSU is looking to avoid the home upset, while La Crosse is trying to capture their second-straight GLIAC win this season.

Making its first appearance in the rankings is Wingate, which upset Delta State 21-7 last week, and is now tied with Delta State in the rankings at No. 24. 

The biggest fall in the rankings came when then-No.2 Central Missouri lost to Central Oklahoma 57-40. They’ll try to re-group by playing Davenport of the GLIAC.
