Division III College Football Rankings 2024: Salisbury Is Team To Watch

These are the NCAA DIII football rankings as Week 4 is upon us, with all eyes on Salisbury as they pick up another win against a ranked opponent.

The top five of the Division III college football poll looks a bit different this week after previously unbeaten UW-Whitwater took their first loss of the season. The team drops out of the top three and falls all the way to No. 11 after losing to Mary Hardin-Baylor, who enters the poll at No. 18.

With that loss, St. John's is now in the top five coming off a bye week and will play Bethel this week. North Central (ill) remains at the top of the food chain by a wide margin, gaining 33 first-place votes.

Cortland had the most intriguing matchup over Susquehanna last week. The Red Dragons took home the win after 40-38 overtime thriller.

No. 13 Salisbury could be the team to keep an eye on, as they slide up the poll. Last week, they demolished then-No. 6 Johns Hopkins, 41-13.
