Here's a look at how the Top 25 FCS teams competed in Week 5 of the NCAA Football Season

Despite a fifth of the Top 25 having bye weeks, Week 5 of the FCS season was filled with ranked matchups, upsets, and close calls. 

No. 2 North Dakota dominated No. 15 Illinois State, No. 7 Central Arkansas handled No. 25 Lamar, and No. 6 South Dakota took care of business against No. 17 Southern Illinois. No. 11 UC Davis narrowly upset No. 4 Idaho and No. 10 Sacramento State fell to Northern Arizona. 

No. 5 Villanova had a dominating performance as did No. 8 North Dakota and No. 12 William and Mary. Week 5 definitely showcased some immense talent as teams are looking to separate themselves from the pack.
