FCS Football Rankings In Week 6: Villanova Up To No. 5; Rhode Island Ranked
CAA continues to load up FCS rankings following AFCA FCS football rankings following Week 5. Here are the rankings.
Villanova Football moved up to No. 5 after beating Long Island University 24-10 in Week 5 of the FCS Football season.
After dropping a spot following a 38-20 loss to FBS program Maryland, the Wildcats bounced back and remains the highest-ranked team in the CAA.

The league continues to be well-represented and saw William & Mary football moved to No. 10 after its blowout win over Hampton in Week 5.
New Hampshire and Richmond remain in the rankings while UAlbany, which lost to Maine and fell to 1-3 on the season, dropped out of the rankings. Rhode Island entered the rankings at No. 25.
Stony Brook, which improved to 4-1 on Sept. 28 with a 22-3 win over Campbell. The Seawolves, which went 0-10 in 2023, received 28 votes in the ranking, the 26th most votes in the poll.
