FCS Football Scores And Biggest Upsets In Week 6

Villanova Football beat Stony Brook after a big second half but No. 10 William & Mary fell on the road to Towson in Week 6.

In a massive game in the CAA, No. 5 Villanova Football overcame an up-to-the-challenge 4-1 Stony Brook team that lead for most of the first half but was blindsided by the Wildcats in the second half. Villanova trailed 17-14 at halftime but scored 28 second half points in a  42-24 win during Week 6 on Oct. 5. 

The Wildcats then watched as No. 10 William & Mary lost to Towson in a pivotal CAA contest in Maryland. 

While No. 1 South Dakota State was idle, No. 2 North Dakota State sent a message to all of FCS football with a 41-17 win over No. 6-ranked North Dakota.
