It comes as no great shock at this juncture that the Division III landscape remains largely unchanged this week, a testament to the consistency of the teams within this division.

With a number of undefeated teams heading into the D3 playoffs, it'll be interesting to see how these clashes shake out.

Teams Preparing For The Playoffs

  • Will the top ten remain the same after the last week of games
    • For the last two weeks, the teams currently in the top ten have stayed in their respective spots by either remaining undefeated or keeping the one loss they have. Considering its consistency, it makes one wonder if the top 10 has already been finalized.

  • Mary-Hardin Baylor is out, and Lake Forest is in
    • The Crusaders are back out of the ranking after losing to Hardin-Simmons on the road, ending their playoff hopes. That loss served as an opportunity for the Lake Forest Foresters to break into the rankings.

  • Best game of the week
    • Week 12 features a game where both teams are ranked: No. 14 Linfield vs. No. 10 Whitworth.
