Susquehanna football and North Central are fighting for a ticket to the big game. They will meet in the Division III national semifinals and then travel to Shell Energy Stadium in Houston, TX, for the national championship.

Both teams received a first-round bye, which has helped them tremendously. They are two of the last four teams standing.

Susquehanna has won its first three playoffs in closely knit games, with every victory resulting in one score contest, including back-to-back three points on a game-winning field goal over Saint John's and a second touchdown over Bethel. Its most significant win came over Hobart in a 42-35 scoring affair.

The matchup will be hosted by North Central in Benedetti-Wehrli Staudim at 3:30 p.m. EST. The Cardinals have had the advantage in all of their postseason games from the second round up until now, and it has shown with commanding wins over all of their first three opponents: Whitworth, Hope, and Springfield.
