Thursday, July 13th:
All activities will be held at Host Hotel - TBD- 5:00 – 7:30 pm Event check-in (all players and coaches)
- 5:00 – 7:30 pm Vendor hall open
- 5:00 – 5:30 pm Officials check-in
- 5:30 – 7:30 pm Officials clinic
- 7:30 – 8:30 pm Coach & player kickoff meetings
- 8:30 – 10:00 pm Social with USA Football partners – Head Coaches & officials
Friday, July 14th:
- 6:30 – 8:00 am Team Breakfast - Host hotel (must be a guest of hotel)
- 9:00 – 7:00 pm Pool Play (2 fields indoor & outdoor turf fields)
- ** 32 teams – each team will play 5 pool play games, none back to back. **
- Pool A & B play 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Pools C & D play 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday, July 15th:
- 6:30 – 8:00 am Team Breakfast - Host hotel
- 9:00 AM – 11:00 am 1st Round Bracket games
- Lower seeds play first; teams seeded #’s 1 – 4 play @ 10:30 AM
- ** Single elimination tournament. All teams guaranteed 2 games in bracket. All games played on 2 fields (indoor & outdoor turf). **
- 11:00 am – 12:00 pm Consolation games (winners do not advance)
- 11:00 am – 12:00 pm Lunch break – 1st round game winners (lunch not provided)
- 12:00 – 1:00 pm 2nd Round games (loser’s do not advance) 4 fields
- 1:30 pm Quarterfinals (4 fields)
- 2:15 pm Semifinals (Ford Field)
- 3:00 pm Finals
- 3:30 pm Awards Presentation
